Recognition for Billericay Strider

Lorna Almond was presented with a special trophy by the Mayor of Brentwood at theTown Hall on 19th April following her success at the Brentwood Half Marathon in March.

In her first Half Marathon, Lorna completed the course in an impressive time of 1h 29m 33s.  This was good enough to be the first woman on the day and is the fastest U20 time so far this year on the RunBritain rankings.

Lorna and Billericay Striders should be very proud of this success.
